| Helping people turn the key to unlock their calling Faith-Based Strengths Coach Training Level II Teams are essential to effective ministry, but strong teams are not ends unto themselves. Ultimately, teams are judged by their results. Whether you are trying to build an effective team, fix a broken one, or reignite a stalled one - this training is for you. Level II steps beyond Level I by equipping coaches with tools to provide feedback and consultation to individuals in team and relational environments. In two full days of training and education, you learn approaches through which you can help individuals partner to meet team performance goals by effectively blending their talents and leveraging their collective strengths. *Level I training must be completed before Level II can be attended. However, you may attend Level I and II during back to back sessions when available.  |
