CHRIS BROWNE Founder & Managing Partner ENGAGED CHURCHES	Summary Chris Browne is the President as well as a Principal & the Managing Partner at Engaged Churches™. In addition, Chris serves as a Bible teacher and the Dean of Spiritual Life at Wheaton Academy in Illinois. As the Faith Field Advisor Coordinator with The Gallup Organization, Chris oversaw an international network of over 85 Faith Field Advisors and was the project leader for a Faith version of StrengthsQuest and StrengthsExplorer materials, in addition consulting and his role with Strengths Coach Training. As a consultant, speaker, author, coach and adviser to leaders in both the profit and non-profit sector. He has consulted with pastors, executives and managers to develop engaged, productive teams who, in turn, develop engagement in others. His insights have helped leaders increase the effectiveness in developing opportunities for qualitative growth, spiritual and leadership development pathways. He consults with ministry partners to make the moves that lead to increased personal and organizational influence. A pastor for 12 years, Browne is passionate about helping leaders create effective, intentional pathways for spiritual maturity within local church environments. Browne received his bachelor’s degree in educational ministries from The Moody Bible Institute and master’s degree in organizational leadership from Judson University.
